The services, including all software, design, and content we provide, are owned by YALU (PVT) LTD and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or our website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
